Make education an equalizer

At Learninglee, we believe education should never be a privilege. It should be a right for every child, regardless of their background, income, or geography. Our mission is to transform learning into a tool for equity, not exclusion.

In Jammu & Kashmir, education has become a dividing line instead of a bridge. Learninglee exists to change that — by making quality education simple, inclusive, and universally accessible.

A Generational Crisis in Learning

According to the Annual Status of Education Report (ASER) 2023, Jammu & Kashmir ranks among the worst performing states in foundational and middle school learning.

Learninglee’s own pilot surveys in Anantnag, Shopian, Budgam, and Bandipora confirm this alarming trend. The decline is not just statistical — it is generational, reflecting a systemic decay where children spend 10–12 years in school without meaningful improvement in learning, confidence, or agency.

This is a crisis in the making. Left unaddressed, it will shape an entire generation that is economically unprepared, emotionally unequipped, and civically disengaged.

Our Approach: Grounded Change, Rooted in Practice

At Learninglee, we believe that real change must be gradual, grounded, and internally integrated to be meaningful and sustainable.

Our role is to bridge the missing link between policy and practice — working at the grassroots to build theory before policy, and understanding before execution.
